Prescription Refills

We refill prescriptions only during office hours because we need your child's chart handy to check on dosages and disease status. Plan ahead so you do not run out of important medicines.

To order a refill, please call your pharmacy during our office hours and ask them to fax us a refill request. Our fax number is 206-368-6088.

To order a refill for an ADD/ADHD medication, leave a message on our voice mail system and identify the

• medication name
• strength
• frequency

Please allow 48 hours to process your request.
